2020年4月，欧盟委员会起草欧盟法规，将修订REACH法规（(EC) No 1907/2006）附录XVII。这些修订尚未生效。以下是修订的要点：
修订第 3 项（被认为是危险的液体物质或混合物）
1. 将删除此项中的“R65”危险警语（限制的第3、5和第7点）。
2. 将删除第6点中关于欧洲化学品管理局(ECHA)准备的卷宗的限制。
修订第 22 项（五氯苯酚）
此项将被删除。
修订第 28 、 29 和 30 项（被分类为第 1A 类或第 1B 类的致癌物质、第 1A 类或第 1B 类的致基因突变的物质以及第 1A 类或第1B 类的生殖毒性物质）
The devices covered by Regulation (EU)2017/45 shall not apply to therestrictions of these entries.
